As the school year comes to a close, many students stress about final exams. While surveying all that students have learned dating back to day one, these exams test each students mental endurance and ability to stay focused during this three/four hour test. The difficulty of each individual test remains unknown; however here are three simple steps to make your final exam much less stressful.
2) Study. This tip may seem obvious and unnecessary; however it is truly the only way to prepare you for the exam. However, there are ways to study incorrectly. Some students think that by reading everything they have been given all year, they will do well- this is not the case. Students should go over important tests and quizzes, making sure they know how to do each problem, especially the ones they missed
3) Relax. At the end of the day, each student will hand in their exam, and they will never have to take it again. It is up to you (the student) to decide whether you want to hand it in with confidence knowing you just handed in a year worth of effort or not. However, in order to be confident while handing it in, you must be confident to begin. Therefore, it is imperative that students enter the classroom on the day of an exam with an “I can” attitude.
Hopefully you can use these tips to exceed on the final exam and get the grade that you want/deserve.
