With prom less than a month away, the stress and the anxiety has finally started to kick in. Alyse Wilmore ('15) said, “I went to prom last year as a junior and so I already had somewhat of a prom experience but I really can’t wait for my senior prom.” All of the seniors are really concerned with trying to make sure that their prom night is the best night of their life. Most girls already have their entire looks planned out and the boys aren’t planning on falling behind either.
As far as Senior Supper goes, I don’t think that any of us really know what to expect. Senior Supper has been a tradition at Bullis for a long time now and we’ve heard the stories. However, the much anticipated event is sure to have some surprises in store.
Kyle McKenzie ('15) explained, “Senior supper is really like our last gathering as an entire class and staff before graduation. I’m glad I’ll have that time with all of my classmates before the graduation anxiety really kicks in.” Really senior supper puts all of the seniors one event closer to their big day.
Finally, the seniors will have graduation. The most awaited event will be the graduation of the Class of 2015. Graduation is definitely the event that will come with the most mixed emotions. Sarah Bair ('15) explained, “While, it is exciting to be moving on to another chapter of my life, I’m nervous because I feel like Bullis has really become like a home. On one hand, I can’t wait for graduation but on the other, I can.”
All of the graduating seniors have been here for at least two years and so they have formed some kind of connection within the Bullis community. No matter how excited they are to graduate and move on, we know that leaving Bullis behind will be bittersweet!
An early congratulations to the Class of 2015!
