In terms of work, Anatomy and Physiology has a moderate workload. The units have a lot of vocabulary and concepts to understand, so you have to study for tests if you want to do well. For the most part, concepts are not too challenging to grasp if you are willing to put in time and effort to review after school. In addition, mastering the vocabulary requires online quizzes and activities that can be time consuming. To contrast, the homework load is relatively light so students do not spend three hours on the weekend working on assignment. The homework is normally 3-5 workbook or coloring pages that are due within a few days. On average, students have 10-20 minutes of homework a night. Anatomy and Physiology also does not have an exam. Anatomy is perfect if you are looking for a challenging but manageable class with light homework.

Overall, I strongly recommend this class to upperclassmen who want a fun, interesting, and challenging science class without the pressure of an AP/Honors science course.
